The Ben Pimlott Building has been funded by a grant from the Higher Education Funding Council and by the College's Estates budget. Total estimated cost is £10.2m. It will be maintained through public funds and fee income from 230 additional students.

There is the potential to develop another, linked building on an adjacent site in the future. This would be funded through an external fundraising campaign and student income.
