This facility allows registered users to change their passwords.
Passwords must be between 6 and 8 characters, containing at least one digit.
For compatibility, please use a maximum of one capital letter.
This system requires a browser that supports "secure sessions" (SSL).
Some versions of Internet Explorer 5 contain a bug which require the installation of a patch. Do not attempt to install this patch on open access PCs.
Some versions of Netscape also have a bug that will cause an I/O Error. To work around this bug, follow these instructions.
If you forget your password, you will need to apply to the IT Services Help Desk for a new password (this may take up to 48 hours). Until the new password is issued, you will be unable to log in and you will therefore be unable to use any computer facilities in the RISB.
Please note that neither the IT Services Help Desk nor any other IT Services staff can find out a forgotten password for you.
