Disk quotas

The amount of personal disk space allocated each registered user is called a "disk quota". Each user has a basic disk quota on the College’s main file server (called aries), which is accessible from all networked PC and Macintosh systems. Departments are provided with disk space on this server for departmental use. Any user who sets up a personal web site on the College's Homepages server is allocated an additional quota for that purpose.
