  • Learning room support only: 8 - 10am

  • All IT support, including in-person service desk: 10am - 4pm

Bank Holiday

The Library will remain open 24/7 on the bank holiday on 6 May. The in-person Library and IT Helpdesk and online live chat service will be available between 1-5pm.

Before 7am and after 7pm on the bank holiday, you will need to use your Goldsmiths ID card to access the Library building. You will need to touch your card on the reader by the accessible door outside the main entrance to gain access during these times.

All visitors on site are advised to keep mobile phones with them and call security on 0207 919 7105 in case of emergencies.

If you have an active and accessible Goldsmiths account, the quickest way to report an issue or request help use Hornbill, our self service portal, where you can easily track the progress of your report.

In-person

Come and see us in-person at the IT Service Desk on the first floor of the Library.

After passing through the Library security gates take the first stairs on your left. Once on the first floor turn right and follow the signs to the end of the building.
